Key Points for Temperature Control in Commercial Morel Cultivation
Morels are sensitive to temperature changes. The suitable soil temperature for mycelium growth ranges from 5℃ to 15℃. Keep the temperature stable and avoid sharp fluctuations above 18℃, otherwise mycelium will stop growing. During the fruiting period, control the temperature between 8‑16℃. Reasonable temperature management can effectively improve the yield of morel mushrooms.
